Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in rooms that are non-smoking. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $150 per night cleaning fee.
Respect for others: Any disruption to other guests will result in your immediate removal from the property by owner or Modoc County Sheriff and forfeiture of all fees.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.
